I don't think that any of their coaches are moving up either. It is like Jonestown, Guyana over there.

Do they get to carry an extra roster spot to account for the linebacker that can only play half a game at a time?

At some point they’ll have to improve their basic arse offensive scheme. In 5 playoffs games with the future #1 pick, they scored more than 30 once. And that was only because Higgins and Ross made circus catches all night

You missed the part of this season where it didn't count against eligibility so any player that wants to come back can.
