National writers have us preseason top 10 including D1 Baseball LINK at 10 and Baseball America soon to be released. We ended the 2019 season ranked 5th in the country (second highest SEC team.)
Schedule Highlights:
We face the reigning CWS Champ Vandy, Texas Tech, and Auburn (all CWS teams in 2019) all on the road
Oregon State comes to Starkville the second weekend of the season
Ole Miss comes to town for Super Bulldog Weekend
Changes to College Baseball this season:
The MLB Draft has been moved to Omaha to take place 2 days before the start of the College World Series (yes I will do my draft board like last season and include recruits)

SEC schedule folks are idiots.
Why are we playing Arky and LSU the first two weekends of conference play?
Those series belong in April or May.

So it is looking more and more like Christian MacLeod is the Saturday guy. Sits 91-93 with nasty breaking stuff. Hope to see the next Ethan Small in him (or better)

That was a hell of a comeback. Good to see this team fight back like that even after getting dominated most of the day. That was the mantra of the team last year, always kept fighting.
