I’ve been, it’s a good workout, just not really my style.

It’s a lot of cardio in a classroom atmosphere. It’s pretty neat for general fitness. It’s a female dominated class. So they’re some hotties in there. Not really my type of workout, but cardio never hurt anybody.

Wife loves it. It seriously renewed her passion for working out. She goes 5 times a week.

I think I would die.

Good workout, will get you in better overall shape, not necessarily a gimmick but really, really expensive compared to many other group class type programs.

Though if you want to lift there are much better options.

I've been doing it twice a week for a few months and it's a very good cardio workout. I still lift three times a week as Orange Theory isn't going to do much in the weight lifting category.

CrossFit without weightlifting and gymnastics, sound about right?

I've been going for over 2 years. It's a great workout for toning and cardio but don't expect to pack on much muscle. It really revs up your metabolism so it's great if you need to lose weight. There's probably a 5:1 ratio women to men and there's some hotties but mostly it's people in the 20-50 age range just trying to improve their fitness.

I went a couple of times as a guest. I have to say I enjoyed the lighting in that place. Much better than the white florescent lamps found in most gyms. I would try replicating if I ever put together a home gym.

Bump.

If you don’t work out AT ALL. Like ever. Don’t even jog. But you’re also not fat (I’m 100lbs), is Orange Theory doable? Or will I die?

I want to join, but I am scared it’s going to kick my arse. I’ve been on a treadmill like once in my life, I know nothing about floor workouts, and I’ve never touched a rowing machine..

the instructors are pretty good at giving you options on how hard to go, start off light and work your way up.

Come give it a try LL. You can go at your own pace and the first class is free. Using the heart rate monitor lets you know if you need to speed up or slow down. I've been going 3 years and I still love it!

You gonna die. But you can slow down and do things at your own speed. It takes some time to build up the cardio system.

I'm not the biggest Orange Theory fan, but getting your arse kicked is a good thing.

Any decent workout will kick your arse if you've never done it before. When you embrace that, the progress will come.

My wife hated working out. She died the first time and had been resurrected into a beautiful Phoenix and loves going every time. She talks about it all the time.

She loves the rower the most
