What programs have y'all done that specifically focus on a single lift? I want to try some programs that will specifically focus on either bench, squat, or deadlift. I want to hit some numbers in each that don't have to be at the same time so I can scratch that off my bucket list for lifting.

I want a 500lb bench (435 is max I've done), 600lb squat (565 is max), and 700lb deadlift (595 is max).

I know of Smolov and Smolov Jr., Coan and Phillipi deadlift.

I've done a Bulgarian squat every day template. It actually went fairly well. I put maybe 40-45 pounds on my high bar squat.

I started Coan deadlift and got the flu, which derailed me and then I never finished.

Not sure if this is directed to all of us, but I ran squat every day for months. Coan/Phillippi I got sick like a week in.

I've heard of Smolov/Jr but never run either.

If you're interested, I got very solid results from squatting every day. It's probably the closest to linear progression I've been since newbie gains.

My dead and bench plateaued, but I think that's probably the case with any lift specific program unless you're a beginner. The programming was super easy and I didn't get any overuse issues.

I stopped because I had a pretty nasty high ankle sprain during sports that killed my ability to get depth. I had to completely redo my form and go to belt squatting only because I was ditching reps regularly. Otherwise I liked it very much.

Yeah I just want to hit these numbers so I can stop chasing them and do some other types of lifting
