How does this work with the cut? Everyone plays 3 rounds at the different courses then they cut it down to how many players for the final round at the stadium course?

Correct. There are three courses in rotation and the cut happens after 54 holes.The cut is the top 65 and ties.
36-hole averages
69.279 = Tournament
69.398 = La Quinta
70.513 = Stadium
Guys that have already played the Stadium Course will have the slight edge since they get to play the easier Tournament/La Qunita courses today.
Everyone plays the Stadium Course tomorrow.
