Saw it on Diehard Gator fans yesterday and a post is up on the rant now...Pern getting arrested for assaulting a tow truck driver.

I know technically it’s assault, but it sounds like he just grabbed his arm. Smh, tow truck drivers need to get their arse beat in Gainesville, they troll my daughters apartment garage just looking for cars parked in the wrong spot. Then,Bam, it’s $100. To get your vehicle back. Total racket.

Yea tow truck drivers here are fricking pieces of shite. I've had run ins with them before as well. They troll all of the apartments all night. Did you know if your tag is expired they can tow as well? I had no idea that was a thing, happened to my friend a few months ago.

They might not even get him on that. It's a "my word vs. your word" and the problem with battery and assault is that there has to be some evidence of it. Are there fingerprints on his arm (as in friction marks, not for CSI identification obviously)? Are there any marks whatsoever? Video evidence? Did Perine accidentally incriminate himself (this wouldn't even matter)?
Tow truck driver is just being a useless piece of shite, like all of them are.
