But Todd Grantham’s defense isn’t our problem…

Looks like our run defense is back to the Grantham standard. Knew it was too good to be true earlier this season.

4 picks makes it almost impossible to win a road game in the SEC too.

Grantham goes this week or Mullen goes after the Georgia game

Especially when you give up 287 yards to one fricking player. Better yet, one fricking play over and over and over.

Running simple running plays over and over and over again and getting gashed every time and no adjustments being made is inexcusable.

They even started pulling the scrawny tight end just to see how bad we were at defending it.

Wow, one game. Don’t get mad you got owned n gave up last time
That’s why the announcers were even talking about how few scores the D had given up this season after the first qtr.

Not that 4 picks n a pick 6 helped
Yeah the D was bad this week, but don’t act like the O was good either
Multiple turnovers

We couldn’t stop a simple counter play. That is fireable at this level of major cfb as a dc.

I'm still not happy about Mullen getting an extension in the off season because in my opinion he had done nothing to warrant an extension and raise.

Not that I expected florida to win a natty this year but at least I expected the WLOCP to be the game to decide the east now there is no doubt in my mind that Mullen will be 4 - 4 after having 2 weeks to be criticized for this game then get drilled in Jacksonville.

Then what play to try to get to Gator or Belk bowl. They should Decline a bowl this year. As bad as we are we are still the best team in the state of Florida which this year is not saying much no wonder why all the top recruits in the state want to go out of state to play ball.Mullen has got to start recruiting better no if ands or buts. Or his seat will get very Very hot next year and honestly this is what needs to happen hevesy and Grantham need to be gone after the season if they are here next year then Mullen might as well start packing as well.

I never said we shouldnt fire MUllen, I said dont fire him just to fire him. Need a definite upgrade instead of an unproven HC.

I'm not saying fire him either unless he doesn't make some serious changes after the season if he stays pat. And keeps everyone then yeah I will definitely be on here every fricking day calling for a new coach. Some serious changes need to be made after the season is over mostly his Friends Hevesy & Grantham so if he doesn't part ways with both after the season then he deserves the full amount of criticism that he will get!!!

It’s absolutely pathetic that the defensive coordinator at the University of Florida can’t adjust to a counter play so they literally ran it continuously in the second half.

That alone should get him fired much less the lazy effort some of the players on D showed today.

Bill Belichick got owned by the Wildcat vs the Dolphins who were huge underdogs. Couldn’t adjust

Saban got owned by the counter vs OSU in a title game where then OC Tom Herman was deemed a genius

Just sayin, it happens to the best of em when it’s a new wrinkle you didn’t gameplan for.

And Yes I was yelling at the tv just like you.

Any time and I mean ANY TIME you score 42 and lose, it's the defenses fault. Grantham has to go, if not, Mullen can go with him. No more excuses.

You give any team with a pulse 4 turnovers plus a pick 6.. you’ll lose

Stop giving the O a pass. The team fkd up as a whole

Football is about momentum, we scored, got the ball again and if we score again LSU probably folds up shop but we throw a pick on our 28 n give em hope.
Mullen is a good coach but he lacks a killer mentality. If Spurrier could beat you by 10, he won by 30.

I stand by my statement, regardless of what the offense does, within reason, if they score 42 points you should win 90% or more of the time.
unless you have an incompetent defense.

Mullen does seem to lack a killer mentality as you said, but Grantham has proven over and over that he is not the answer as DC.

Like giving the other team the ball on your 28 or letting them house call a pick?

Ask ANY coach all things equal you turn the ball over 4 times, who wins? They’ll laugh at you and say not us
It was a late turnover that lost the game btw

Come on . . . The game was not lost by the late pick. AR shouldn't have been in a position to try and go the length of the field in 4 minutes to tie the game.

Turnovers hurt of course. But anytime you let someone set a school record offensively it didn't happen just because of short fields.

I’ll say it again, the team fricked up. Im just saying for some reason ppl in here act like it’s taboo to admit both QBs fkd up.

Yes, the defense should’ve adjusted.
Yes, The offense killed us with turnovers when we had a chance to take the lead n when we could’ve tied

It’s that simple

Wright n Pierce had 13 carries between them. This after UK gashed LSU last week.
So 4 picks n you can’t run the ball on the road? Yeah, you’re gonna lose that game.
D was very bad as well. 1 LB in the middle n they’re running right at him all game

All correct, but that being said, the offense scored 42 fricking points. With any team other than Florida and Ole Miss that would be enough points to win a football game. The similarity between Ole Miss and Florida? both have terrible defenses. Poorly coached, slow in making adjustments, bad schemes, blown assignments, players out of position. It's time for a change.
