Anyone remember a burger place called Gibson's in NBR?

I was discussing this in the other burger thread but didn't get many responses. My great aunt used to take me here at 7-8 years old. I'm pretty sure that it was on Winbourne or Evangeline.
I loved their burgers and tots at 7-8 years old. Granted this was mid 80s and I was a kid so I'm not sure if they were really that good.

Yes Gibson’s was on Winbourne just east of Istrouma High. Good BBQ, burgers and frito pie.
