Georgia fans, tell me about your receivers in this game. I know that 3 are out and you get pickens back for the 2nd half, so i’m curious what type of depth you have at the position. Not trolling, serious post.

Not great or record breaking. But also not nearly as bad as this board’s made them out to be this week.

Still have three 5 stars (or two and a half since Pickens is suspended for a half).

Cager is out for the season. That's a big blow to a passing game that was already struggling. He torched Florida repeatedly. Admittedly, his TD in that game was a phenomenally designed play that came straight from the Kyle Shanahan playbook; there was no one within 15 yards of him.

The slot guys (which is who I think we should use to attack your defense) and Kearis Jackson and Demetrius Robertson. DRob has amazing speed and had a great freshman season at Cal. He has all the talent in the world but hasn't done much since he's been here. Jackson seems like more of a move the chains guy who is quick in his cuts. He missed several games earlier this season with a broken hand.

Dom Blaylock (Mookie's son) is going to be a stud and has caught 3 TD passes in the last 5 games. He is really fast but seems to be a one trick pony right now.

The other perimeter receiver is Tyler Simmons, who LSU could cover with an assistant coach and be just fine. He only seems to do well when we throw him the back shoulder fades and when he gets the occasional jet sweep.

If Matt Landers is playing significant snaps, we're toast.

Cliffsnotes: Pickens, Blaylock, and Jackson are going to be hell on earth for SEC secondaries in 2020 and 2021. Unfortunately, we've needed them to be that this season and they weren't quite ready.

Blaylock - Really talented Freshman who has been doing pretty well lately.
Robertson - Former five star who for whatever reason hasn’t looked like it here.
Simmons - Senior who would under more ideal conditions not play near as much
Landers - looks like Tarzan plays like Jane
Jackson - newish WR whom has been hurt most of the year but is now healthy
Bush - who the hell knows new guy who never plays, 6’5” 4 star I think

TE: Woerner and Wolf - couple of catches between them a game and will get decent yardage in them.

They can’t get separation and when they do they struggle to hold onto it. Robertson is probably their best and he isn’t very good. Has not at all lived up to his 5 star billing but UGAs OC Coley doesn’t know how to use a slot receiver.

They have no vertical threat at all. They have nobody that can take the top off a defense like Mecole Hardeman could.

Tyler Simmons has played a lot but he is pretty bad. Can’t catch a cold.

This is why Fromm is struggling. His receivers are not playmakers and Fromms patented back shoulder throw (really his only good throw) doesn’t work this year.

I know Mikaya Tongue out of Baton Rouge is a really talented kid you guys signed last year. Has he gotten any PT? If so, how has he looked? Would be fun to watch him matched up with fellow Baton Rouge stud Stingley

Bunch of bullshite comeback routes and sideline throws.

Kirby doesn’t like throwing slants and throwing over the middle of the field. The middle of the field is where turnovers and shite happens.

Kirby has things calibrated. Everything we do is about protecting our defense and keeping the defense fresh (why we rarely play hurry up on offense) and on schedule.

Not a shitty strategy. Works for us!
