But where are all those State guys who guaranteed a win tonight? Delta? Drebin? All the shite talking. You’d think they would learn never to guarantee anything associated with the egg bowl.

Here's my verdict after experiencing the cowbells again first hand last night. The noise does not bother me, but the way they have to ring them above their heads directly in your line of sight does. That is all. PS: many of them do not stop once the center puts his hand on the ball either.

Bottom Line:
State had their chances. Could have held a lead against Ole Miss, but kept making fatal mistakes. We lost fair and square. I'm glad they didn't roll over in the 4Q like I thought they were going to.

Had we just run the ball instead of throwing the pick late in the game it would have been pretty much over at that point. That play extended the doubt just a little too long, however.
