Pretty clear he got that from the troopers that were holding him, no A&M fan touched him. They took out some chick that was foolish enough to get within 5 yards of him and knocked her to the ground.

Skin is a lot thinner as you get old. Nick in 70, bruises are common for anyone his age, it doesn't take much to cause them.
