is about to get rowdy. Bama, hawgs, ol' miss & A&M looks to be the ones battling it out. I think Ol' Miss & the hawgs will beat A&M, and one of these will beat bama.

And I forgot to mention auburn. They are a pretty good squad themselves, and will be hell to beat as well, especially in Jerdan Hare.

AU probably won't win the west, but they will have say in who does.

Bet they beat at least 2 teams on your list.

Too early to tell.

A&M and Ole Miss haven't played anyone. Arkansas looked great against Texas, but how good is Texas? Bama blowout a average Miami team and beat Florida on the road. Don't know how good Florida is at this point. Just too early to tell, we will know more by mid October.

And LSU will beat them all and Alabama. As Florida yesterday was better than Alabama. Meanwhile, after the way Clemson struggled yesterday against lowly Ga Tech, UGA's very close victory over Clemson is looking less and less impressive.

It's looking like Florida is the surprise team in the SEC East.

It’s not like our opponents have been chopped liver. Louisville is a middling ACC. Tulane can play. Peay is one of the better FCS. Ole Miss is certainly very good. They proved that with a less talented squad last year.

Agree the West is looking like a 4 horse race.

Bama
A&M
OM
Ark

Bama looks vulnerable for thr first time in a while, and there's 3 programs gunning to knock em off the top spot.

Should be the most interesting season the West has seen in a minute.

A&M had 2 big question marks. Calzada and O-line. Calzada looks to be settling in nicely as the starter after a week of practice with the first team. That leaves the O-line. If they can gel in the next week or so, A&M is probably the top contender. If not, OM probably is, with their crazy offense.

Arky isn't going to blow anyone's socks off, but they'll play everyone hard, probably upset someone, and may slide into the top spot if everyone else slips up enough to leave the door open.

Or Bama could remember they're Bama and beat the snot out of everyone from here out. We will see.

Looking forward to conference play.
