Never forget that Jelly fam, was about the only player not to get a waiver. Might have worked out in our favor though

Alfy Hill

February of 2010 Hill signed with Alabama, but before the fall semester the NCAA ruled him ineligible after questioning an online course that he had taken at West Brunswick.
After leaving Alabama he enrolled at ECU, but left Greenville just a few weeks later to attend Itawamba Community College in Miss. went to los Angeles Valley Junior College where he played 2 seasons, then finished his College years at Windton-Salen State In between LAV JC and WSSU, he committed to USCe (2013) and at one time commited to North Carolina Pembroke (NOT Sure if he enrolled). "from USCe site: Hill is headed to Pembroke after stops at Alabama, East Carolina, a junior college in Ms and the JC in Ca. Hill started at de and linebacker this season at LAV before suffering a knee injury that ended his season. His departure leaves USC with 19 commitments for the 2013 class"

After his career with the WSSU (2 yrs), Hill decided to pursue his childhood dream of joining the NFL.

Hill spent some time during this past summer with the Washington Redskins, New England Patriots, and with fellow Ram Phillip Simms in Arizona with the Cardinals. Despite spending time with these teams, he was eventually cut by all three and was ultimately picked up by the Philadelphia Eagles (8/14/15, the Eagles added former Winston-Salem St. defensive end Alfy Hill *waived 8/30/15)

November 5, 2015 - Arena Football League (AFL) - Arizona Rattlers News Release
Phoenix, Ariz. - Arizona Rattlers 2016 Arena Football League (AFL) added defensive end Alfy Hill
11/05/2015 ALFY HILL DE - Have Been Assigned 11/09/2015 ALFY HILL DE - Placing on Recallable Reassignment (not sure what these designations mean) He mentioned that if Footall didnt work out he would work with a former coach in NY...
this is about all I can find, I had stopped following the story after he dropped his committment to USCe . Just have to wonder what he could have done, if he had remained at Bama as a freshman and gone to to graduate and have a normal football career before heading to the NFL...
HE is currently living in Dallas, GA and is married with a young son.
