Could all of the other conferences create a super conference superior to us?

If you take the top 16 teams out of the rest of the conferences, would they be as good as the SEC? I think it’s dang close.

It’s not close at all.

Check the top 16 recruiting, revenues, viewership, it was already more than half SEC teams BEFORE OU and Texas were added.

Good point, check the last 2 first rounds of the NFL draft as well, over 50 percent from the SEC. But there would be some good teams, Ohio State, Michigan, Clemson, Oregon, Penn State, etc. The conference would be very deep.

Even if they could from a competitive standpoint it would never generate the same amount of interest as the SEC.
