Stadium questions baseball

Does the clear bag policy apply to DNF or is it just the football stadium? Going tomorrow, haven't been since pre virus.
Got a cooler 10x10 or less. Gonna be there about 2-3 hours early.
Any issue with seating, i.e. pledges or ppl trying to reserve whole rows in bleachers, etc.?
Any other advice you would provide appreciated, thx.
