Board access issues

Recently we've had several people lose board access even though they weren't banned.

I just got another one from BamalaAnderson. He/she/they posted in the basketball thread yesterday and still showed up as a member of our board in our Group Management system. However, the system would not allow him to post so he had to submit another request.

If Boz and I feel someone needs a timeout we will make it known. If you suddenly lose board access don't get angry. Just submit another request and we'll approve it. I'm trying to run down the issue.
