I didn't notice that until you pointed it out.

I blame lack of funding for the bad grammar too.

Love the LSU education....and yes, I went to Arkansas. True story, had a pledge brother fail out of UA. Went home to LA and was on the Dean’s list at LSU....

True story, smart frat kids fail out of school plenty and later get their shite together. There is no discernible difference between the difficulty of obtaining a degree at LSU and Arkansas

All universities are shite anyways. Some stuff is cool, but they are brainwashing facilities. I have three fancy pieces of toilet paper.

The girl I dated in college was a functioning retard and graduated with like a 3.6 and has a masters

She had to take the ACT three times just to get into college with the minimum required. Believe that was a 19 or so at the time

I got Cs and Ds in high school. Joined the military, got some discipline. Went to college after. I was high 247, never studied and graduated with a 3.5.

I went to a liberal university and had to bs my way through being a non traditional conservative veteran. I was married w kids, so went to the local community college, then university.

Honestly I don’t blame LSU for bar their employees speaking at this time

Reveille weighs in

No Sheaux Senate hearing starting now...

quote:

Winston DeCuir, LSU's general counsel, is here to explain the letters. Says 1) LSU has attempted and will continue to fix their Title IX policies. Understands the perception of his letter is LSU is now going to stop cooperating. "That's not just the case."

Brooks Kubena

@BKubena

DeCuir: "I don't expect you to agree with me... I'm the general counsel, and my job is defending the school."

Brooks Kubena

@BKubena

DeCuir says James Williams didn't send a letter because he was still preparing for his in-person testimony on Tuesday when they caught wind that Associate AD Sharon Lewis was going to have a press conference on Wednesday in suing LSU officials.

The timing of the Senate Committee's agenda and the Sharon Lewis lawsuit screwed the Committee in the arse. They won't get a warm body from LSU to appear unless they subpoena.

I thought, at a minimum -- before her lawsuit dropped, Sharon Lewis would be testifying to the committee.

Instead, her lawyers are annoyed that DeCuir is blocking her from testifying:

Interesting. So Gloria Scott does have a lawyer after all (now):

quote:

Brody Miller
@BrodyAMiller
Karen Truszkowski, attorney for Gloria Scott, Abby Owens, Samantha Brennan and many others, said the attacks against Gloria Scott have made Scott second-guess her decision to come forward, but does not regret it

The lawyer is from Michigan and as referenced above represents several other alleged victims from LSU.

She also represented four women who filed sexual assault charges against Michigan State athletes:

School officials can't testify in the senate committee investigating wrong doing at the school because it might be detrimental to the case where the school is being sued for wrong doing .

Why the hell would anyone testify in front of any senate circus with a pending legal matter? They have no jurisdiction, their time should be spent doing their actual jobs, and they’re a bunch of idiots.

Dude's a liability to LSU and has been for what looks like years. He needs to go pronto and I don't understand why/how he's still pulling a paycheck?
