But now I know if we didn't have the typical get way behind that Muss' teams always have, we should have beaten them. Coaching decisions helped get us back in the game, but he has to fix the slow start shite

Notae fouling out with 13 minutes killed us.

Yup. That and boneheaded turnovers. Not mad though. Damn did they fight.

Easy to get mad when a team quits...this team has/had no quit.

Now we wait to see if Moses comes back.

Damn good future we may have here. I smell a 90’s run

Worst single coaching decision I've seen Muss make since he's been here

Honestly I would have rather been blown out... Not give up type blown out but just better than us blown out. I'll be thinking about the what-ifs for the next week now.

Notae should have dumped it to Smith there too. Missed an easy two and fouled out.

Same with Davis early in the game. Could have had an easy layup and possible plus one but he didn't pass it. At least he got fouled as opposed to a charge.

We were down 11 with just over a minute left, it wasn’t that close. We got down 18 in the first half.

Baylor is by far the best team we’ve played all year, they are a lot better than us and there’s no shame in that. They’re loaded with seniors and the best 3 pt shooting team in the country.

What if Abmas makes that shot at the buzzer? What if Texas Tech doesn’t miss the front end of a 1 and 1 and two layups in the final minute? We were lucky as hell to make the Elite 8. I’m happy with how this team finished the season and I’m ready to hang a banner.

It was that close. We went 0-7 from 3 in the second half, got very little from Moody and outplayed them by 9 the rest of the game after getting down 18... Go back to your hole

We're just missing some guys that can stroke the 3s.

And honestly, there was no reason to start fouling at the end. We couldn't hit a 3 so we were just staying even.

Muss is doing a great job for us.

Hmmm...

So they...outplayed us by 9. I wouldn’t call that a close game, plus we had garbage buckets at the end when it was out of reach and that made it look closer. Don't lose sleep over this game, Baylor was the better team and that’s not a surprise because they were the #1 team in the country for much of the season.

I'm not sure what to think about that, but it's definitely weird. Maybe Muss is letting the other team tire itself before clamping down with pressure? Idk. Or maybe it's because his father owns a Pepsi distributorship and he was drinking Coke?

This right here. We played like shite for a half every game and got farther than most teams in the nation have ever made it. I'll take that all day. It's not like we had some seasoned team that was top 10 all year.

Said that all year, and everyone said I was over exaggerating and didn’t know what I was talking about, but in the big show it bites us. Just like D Rose at the free throw for Memphis.

Baylor had this game on cruise control. If only we played up to our potential then it might have been a different game. But that was never going to happen.

They lost 2 games this year and shot 48 and 53%.

We cut the game to 4.

Remind me what we were picked in the SEC.

We absolutely played to our potential. Just didn’t have enough to win. Not sure what anyone else expected. Could have easily been blown out.
