He did good work with Burdine. Kid had great position but was just a half a click away from making the play. Plus those guys were working with zero pass rush to help them. I wonder if it will be another NFL hire.

defensive-secondary only had 1 interception last year, plus he was hired to help the dbs and safeties get turnovers.

He didn't get the DC job so he will go if other team offer DC jo to him.

Who will pick the next coach to replace Gibbs? I think the DC will be picking this one. Also will it be an upgrade from Gibbs?

Why do you say that? He didn’t want to give him the DC job, but they had a good relationship from what I could see.
