QB
Harrison Bailey
Hendon Hooker
Kaidon Salter
Brian Maurer

Solid mix of drop back passers and mobile guys. 3 of the 4 are ideal (on paper) for the new system.

RB
Tiyon Evans
Cody Brown (*)
Tee Hodge
Dee Beckwith
Len’Neth Whitehead
Jaylen Wright
Jabari Small

If everyone is healthy and happy this could be an outstanding group. Young, little to no SEC experience but talented.

WR

Malachi Wideman
Jalin Hyatt
Julian Nixon
Deangelo Gibbs
Cedric Tillman
Velus Jones Jr.
Jimmy Calloway
Ramel Keyton
Walker Merrill
Jimmy Holiday

Ideal mix for the new system that likes to rotate heavily. Not much experience but tons of talent

Oline
T
Cade Mays
Jeremiah Crawford
William Parker
K’Rojhn Calbert
J’Marion Gooch

G
Darnell Wright
Jerome Carvin
Javontez Spraggins
Chris Akporoghene

C
Cooper Mays
Brandon Kennedy
Jackson Lampley

It’s going to be a very steep learning curve for a very inexperienced but talented group.

The defensive side of the ball is what scares me.

I don't see how the defense doesn't fall into the depths of inadequacy in the vein of Texas Tech.

Not to mention, shitty incompetent defenses are a cornerstone to a Josh Huepel coached football team.

The coaches on the defensive side of the ball are solid so hopefully that helps
