The Atlanta Hawks Dynasty

Just began tonight. We were up by 40 at one point then put in 3rd team. Won by 20. Set franchise record of first half point total with 83. Trae had 37 on TWELVE attempts.
In all seriousness, great performance by the guys. Trae is an MVP candidate, and guys like Collins, Reddish, Bogdonavic, Gallinari, Hunter, and Huerter all played incredibly well.
Funny thing is, Capella was held out for tonight’s contest, and so was Rondo. This team is 10 deep.
The Bulls are really bad, but, it’s conceivable the Hawks are also pretty damn good.
Really excited to see this team all season.

Are there any rumors about an upcoming deal for FSS to be added back to YouTubeTV or do we need to go ahead and bite the bullet for the Hawks and eventual Braves and move on to Hulu?

Hulu doesn’t have it either, same shenanigans. Only streaming service is AT&T now.
I imagine pro teams aren’t going to enjoy the fact (especially the Hawks) that they’re missing out on a prime window to grow the audience during a time of captive viewing like we are in now... so I’d imagine they’ll come to an agreement where customers for Hulu or YouTubeTV maybe pay 5 bucks more a month for the service or something to that degree.
Whenever I’m back in Atlanta my family has Comcast and carries the games. Otherwise I have NBA league pass to watch the games.
What you may be able to do is get a VPN, get the “team only” option for the Hawks on league pass for 79 bucks, and then watch it that way. So long as it doesn’t perceive you to be in the Atlanta area, you’d likely be ok.
With the Hawks playing this way, and baseball around the corner... I can’t imagine these providers are going to want to alienate fans any longer. No Braves and no Hawks come April will permanently do damage to the teams and tv providers.
If you don’t carry my teams, I can just get over the air cable and a few choice streaming subscriptions for cheap.

The teams have to be pissed. I know I was pissed last night when I discovered Hulu no longer had the regional networks.(Hadn't even thought about those channels since the Braves hit the playoffs)
Everything I was reading said the streaming companies are all being fairly lazy about it since no one else is really carrying the regional networks ATM, so they have no need to look for that offering advantage.
Predictions were that talks would heat up in January as more people complain about not seeing their local NBA games, and then the deals would be wrapped up by the MLB season.

Get a VPN (pretty easy, cheap) and do the team league pass. Have had some friends do that.
