We have a huge group of ee this year. I think a handful of them will contribute in 2021 and some should work their way into the rotations of their respective positions.

Vandagriff - No, if he is forced to contribute then that means something happened to JTD

Carroll - no, maybe mop up duty and/or special teams. I base that on depth alone. If he comes in a kills it that’s icing on the cake.

Mitchell - no

Meeks - no

Bowers - yes. I think he’ll cement himself as TE3, Goede was someone I’ve been excited about but he hasn’t been able to stay healthy

Mims - yes, he’s going to start IMO

Morris - no, injured and will miss spring

TID - I think he will work into the DT rotation

Jefferson - I think he needs a year in S&C

Dean - I think he needs a year in S&C

Mondon - yes, elite LB will work into rotation

Sorey - yes, elite LB will work into rotation

Chambliss - yes, I think he is underrated

Green - yes, should compete to play immediately

Bullard - maybe at CB, yes to special teams

Daniel - yes, 4th safety and May compete at STAR

Vandagriff will have packages, especially in short yardage situations. That kid can be strong in the short yardage run game.

I think Mims will start as a backup but be a starter by end of year.

Those are only two I see on offense.

I don't think any of the DLine will make an impact. Too much depth there.

Sorey will play a lot IMO. Mondon will rotate every once in a while.

Green is a starter day 1 I think.

Daniel could push for starting at STAR.

Its a mystery what Matt Luke is going to do with the Oline. In the bowl game I don't know why Salyer was moved inside while he dominated all year at RT. There were other options at RG IMO.
-I don't know if Amarius Mims will get the start at RT or LT and move Salyer inside. Where do Broderick Jones factor in all this? Is he LT or RT?
-Brock Vandagriff may not get much playing time because of his rehab. He may be at the bottom of the depth chart for 2021.
-Nyland Green and David Daniel will get plenty of playing time in the secondary. Both EE's.

He's better suited at guard and he was our left tackle.

I imagine he'll start out at RT.

OL is the mystery.

Based upon returners... Salyer at LG and Shaffer at RG.

McClendon, Condon, and Truss all have previous starts at Tackle.
And they will be competing with Mims, Jones, and Lindberg.

I don't know if Ericson is the best opportunity at C. VanPran hasn't crested ahead of him. But I keep hearing buzz.

I hope we can find our 5 and get them as much work together as possible. Clemson is going to be tough

I think the starting five will be in place by the spring game. It's the second five that will be worrisome. They will be needed a lot.

Thanks for correcting my error. I had LT in my head but put RT.

You didn't even mention Tate Ratledge, I have high expectations for this guy. Our Oline talent is as deep and talented as any team in the country.

I heard great things about Tate in fall camp. I think he had an injury and it went quiet since.

With Salyer and Shaffer back (Ericson too), I'm not sure that the young bucks get a start in the guard spots. But we should be reloaded for 2022.
