I am pretty excited about this. I still haven’t lost hope for him despite the fact that he has always underperformed.

Will be much more difficult for him to be offside from the MLB position, but I'm sure he'll find a way.

He’ll have to drop some weight too. Happy that he’s getting another shot at LB. Hope he makes the most of it

The Auburn site says he's 253. Will likely need to drop 15-20.

NFL backers are usually in the 240-250 range nowadays it seems.
If Moultry can keep his speed at this weight, he might not have to drop a ton and instead focus on different techniques in the weight room.

Reporters say he lost his speed when getting to the size he’s at now. If that’s true, I hope he sheds weight

In that case, get him in those human wheelbarrow stadium step drills

Well his offsides penalties will drop dramatically

I hope it turns out great. He seems like a good kid just was the tweener type that never had the light come on or just wasn't skilled enough. I can't recall specifics but seemed recall any discussions about TD was more about learning the position. So if he couldn't pick up a glorified name DE I'm not sure he's going to be able to pick up MLB. We will see. I hope so because we need backers.

I know his HS head coach, who has been bitching about the move to DE since he arrived at Auburn. We'll see. He was that whole team on defense in high school. Athletically he's just impeccable. I have no idea how he translates to a 3-4 but he's an elite guy at his size.
