So you cant give me an example of when the best 2 teams are not in the playoff.

And you can't give me one example of when the two best teams were, because there is no guarantee that the teams selected for the playoff were any of the best teams, let alone the four best. There have always been arguments that this school should have gotten in and that one shouldn't have

Any playoff system will be imperfect, but the current college football one is really bad. The NFL, NHL, NBA, and MLB do a better job of ensuring that the best team(s) get in, though again, each has its own flaws, either with byes for some teams, weak division champions, etc.

If you're happy with things the way they are, so be it. However, the current system was an unnecessary fix to an unnecessary fix to a non-existent problem, and it will be fixed again within a couple of years. And then fixed again after that, and so forth and so on.

As such in football, the best team is almost certainly among the 4 teams selected by the playoff committee and really the best team was usually one of the 2 teams determined by the previous BCS format.

So it's usually probably accurate...now there's a gold standard for certainty.

So if the BCS usually got it right with the two best teams, there is no need for a 4 team playoff; it's the two best and two random sacrificial lambs, so again, why not just use Prairie View A&M and Cal Poly SLO, or any other two teams drawn at random lots from the rest of the field?

In other words, what I am saying is that a team like 9-0 Cincinnati has roughly zero chance of beating a team like Alabama even if they played them 20 times.

Except sometimes a First Team All-American, Heisman Trophy-winning, senior QB throws five interceptions, and an invincible juggernaut suddenly becomes vincible.
