My issue with Shane was boosters forcing the hire, or felt that way...but I do think he killed it with this staff.
I know many taters here in Newberry are scared of what this staff will bring in and do. I had one tater say mason will be the best dc in the state.
He legit said, "Y'all are bout to take off, your paying coordinators and coaches. And they all can croot, and if it's true y'all got Mason you have the best DC in the nation."
Dabo tried to get mason from stanford...the fact we may get mason and really open up cali is what gets my penis erect.
Im willing to say I was wrong based on the staff and with this staff and how he asembled it I'll give him 5 years but im not ready to say he's the guy...YET

Wait, so is the mason rumor true or nah? Cause I'd really like to have to eat crow on this. I've never hungered for crow this badly in my life. Because as usual, we waited to fricking long and didn't get any of what we could have gotten. Our AD took the idea that no one else would fire anyone due to covid. Just another reason he's a moron.
