Really like the guy and hope he does well!
So sick of the past 8 years which makes it hard to get excited. Hopefully, his new hires and recruiting will get everyone fired up again!

I may be wrong but I think what you see is what he is. I am not sure he can be "fixed". Not in a season anyway. I think he has played the way he has since he was a kid and he just is not going to change.
I did not watch a lot of his high school stuff but I would bet he was exactly the same then. Just watching him, it seems he has a attitude about his play and probably thinks he is playing the "correct way" in his mind
I would think Harsin may be stuck with him for a season unless one of the young guys has promise or he can pick up a transfer.
I may be wrong but I think what you see is what he is. Maybe he can be tweaked a bit but I dont see big changes for him

I hope he drinks, and condones cheating in recruiting. All our problems will be solved if the players will play for him.

I was hoping he went into a GD/F bomb tirade when there was the kick catch interference/muffed punt. Glad he was too busy watching the game to really engage in all of their answers. Would also liked him to say, no more choregraphed dancing on the AU sideline when down 14-3. I pray this culture change is massive.
