In a 52-46 shootout. Would u not get the feeling we're doing pretty damn good in year 3. Moving up the ladder n what not.

LSU was a product of bad defense. We really need an upgrade there.

It was a team loss...missed FG, and costly mistakes that gave Bama more snaps when the defense had held them on third downs. OL made mistakes.
LSU was a result of over confidence by most of the team...I saw 100% effort from Trask and Toney...who the hell else? The defense played bad and so did the offense.
I bet anything most of the team partied like hell the night before....we had already won the east....wish the LSU game would have been the clincher instead.

Yes but I'm also worried that is the best we will be under Mullen. He just does not seem to have a fire that others had. He loses and refuses to hold to true reason we lost accountable and make changes unless it is on offense. That is worrisome.

Its always a kneejerk reaction after a L...every time. I hate losing and so does Mullen and so does Trask.
Man, Im glad some of you werent around the 1960s when we lost a game. There was never a chant to fire coaches. The blame game gets old.
Lets look at how fortunate we are in Mullen's third year. How many teams would love to be in our position??? A lot.

Wait till Emory Jones or Ant Richardson bring a great read option game to our offense with Bowman and Wright lol gon be nasty and hard to stop jmo

My concerns are coaching decisions and discipline. Not running clock at end of first half. Timeout on 2 point conversion. Poor discipline on defense on 3rd down especially. Not being able to line up all year long. This has been consistent all year long. Consistently running on 2nd and 10 and killing drives for no reason. Idk. I’m just not sold right now. Hes a good coach. He’ll win 10 games a year. Just not sure he’s a championship coach right now.

We need better discipline. I am not sure how easy that is to achieve in 2020 and beyond.

Some one posted on the rant the list of 14 SEC schools and which were most/least penalized by yds and it showed our ranking which floored me...but we were in top 3 schools and Bama was 7th.
Saban won his first SEC title in his third year and Mullen came close this year...his third. Give him a few more years and revisit this.

I think the discipline we need is to know whether or not to throw an opponents shoe when you rip it off during a tackle.

What would be your response.i believe the best team Mullen had at moo state that was #1 for a few weeks lost 3 in a row to end the season also to Bama , ole miss , and was slaughtered in the orange bowl against Georgia Tech. That is what is going to happen here will probably get slaughtered in the cotton bowl by Oklahoma.
Because all these defensive guys do is talk and run there mouth but when they hit the field actually playing defense goes out the window.

Still tho Emory takes over next year. So much will change he will have had time to develop beyond belief. So honestly if we do lose it will suck balls not the end of the end of the world.
Looking forward to next yr with Emory Jones regardless.

OU will not slaughter us...none of our losses were beat downs....that stupid azz big mouth Stephen Smith was running his jaw at Tebow and said Bama would take us behind the woodshed...&%#*! idiot.
Thanks to Houstons big mouth...we have gotten OU stirred up. And Houston wrote a check with his mouth that his azz cant cash. Almost always out of position and out smarted, was he dropped on his head as a baby? Never want to see # 41 on the field again.
