The state would allow full attendance, but I don't think any of their NFL teams have gone back to full attendance yet. I'd guess it will be somewhere in the 15-20k range like they've been using for pro games.

And I know many of you still hope to visit Houston for New Year's Eve, so please be aware that the Texas Bowl will be at 20% capacity, or somewhere around 14k tickets.
