Sometimes, great coaching overcomes a collection of all pros.

Looking at the big picture, the most important position to recruit is....Head Coach. McCartney at Colorado proved that, and so did the Nubs, who built a bluelood program with a handful of skill players and a helluva Walk-on program. Wasnt too long ago Clemson was a middle of the road ACC program. Miami is gone, do we even need to mention FSU. Even mighty Bama went through a funk. USC, ND down. Wisconsin is 2nd in the Big 10 not Michigan. OU is a perfect example, Gibbs, Schnellenberger and Blake, remember that mess? What would Mizzou be had ND not stolen Devine?

I always think of Boise State and how in the hell they we're so good from like 2004-2014. It was Peterson. That also lines up with Pinkel's best years.
