NCAA Slaps TAMU, Again
So here we are again, with no trophies to show for it. We certainly aren’t allowed to discuss this openly and honestly on Texags, so perhaps an open and honest discussion can occur here.
I think this is symptomatic of the current leadership void at A&M. Young and Sharp are horrid leaders, and Bjork was a colossaly terrible hire on so many levels. Leadership must be in place to ensure that we win, recruit and compete with class and integrity. That system is seriously lacking at TAMU, IMO.
In state football recruits are avoiding Jimbo’s program and TAMU like the plague, and our other sports are slipping as well. What does it take to finally correct this? Is it cultural for us? Systematic? What gives?
I just want to see us be the best and do it with class and respect. We have taken leaps backward it seems.

Lol spare me the integrity bullshite. The only problem is we aren’t winning at a higher level. If you don’t like recruiting like this you shouldn’t be a college football fan period.

Our recent classes are the best we’ve had since these things started being ranked. It’s June if you’re referring the current class.

If you look at the scope of the investigation, this is fallout from the Santino Marchiol bullshite.
Think about it: They investigated for 14 months and found the equivalent of a process crime.

Are you posting just to whine because none of these three guys have anything to do with the minor infractions that Jimbo is guilty of

If this is the only thing we’re doing that violates NCAA rules I will be extremely disappointed.

Oh, bullshite. Football recruiting has been great, basketball is surging, baseball is holding steady.

Every article I have read says that we are "on probation," but not one of them says anything about the NATURE of that probation.
