He actually is worth a few million, but is definitely mentally ill. That is why he isn't out on bail, as he is under evaluation. Weird story that I read up on today because of this thread.

Neither qualify.

Sammy Gravano and Jon Roberts would both easily qualify, to give just two examples. Gravano was still doing hits despite owning major construction contracting companies, and Jon Roberts took part in kidnappings, beatings, and hits despite major real estate business and a horse racing operation.

Most significant OC figures - especially those in the drug trade - have substantial legitimate holdings.

This is where affiliation to organized crime comes in real handy.

Or maybe he didn't commit armed robbery? Still not clear what did or didn't happen.

We'll find out eventually.

Regardless of what happened he still got the right advice in regards to delaying his surrender.None of those witnesses can be contacted by him or his representatives
AFTER he gets arraigned.

Sorry, SOMEONE obviously had some contact or discussion with the 4 witnesses/victims
before he turned himself in.

Deandre Baker and Quinton Dunbar’s attorneys got affidavits from the witnesses while these guys evaded arrest & BEFORE they were arraigned and ordered no contact with witnesses. So if the players spoke to people before surrender they didn’t violate the court’s orders.

Doesn't make any sense. I was told NFL players don't rob people for money when they are so rich.

Something's fricky.

Can't fix stupid. What an incredibly moronic decision. Why in the hell are you robbing people at gunpoint when you're a millionaire?

Maybe he is mentally impaired. If you have millions why is one of your first reactions to rob someone at gunpoint? If anything a reasonable person would be like "thank God I don't have to rob people anymore." But no. He had to double down on stupid.

DeAndre spent so much time stealing the ball that he just couldn't get out of the habit.

You're telling me, I still get the occasional genital wart pop up. I will say that if one pops up in the right spot you can wreak havoc on the G spot. Flip side is having one get ripped off during the moaning madness. One time I went spelunking with my headlamp, cross-locking tweezers and a turkey baster trying to locate and slurp that sucker out.

But at least he sat out the bowl game to keep from risking his NFL career, so there's that.....
