With Cali basically saying no college football for their schools....

Do kids 1- transfer out so they can play this fall for football and basketball. And 2- does NCAA give them waivers to play right away.
Would Mizzou football or basketball go after anyone in particular. If so, who would you like to get?

I don't think they'll get waivers to play right away and it all depends on what other conferences do. If everyone "plays it safe" then no football for anyone; I don't think that happens but this is the NCAA we're talking about so anything goes.

No student athlete is going through the process of transferring unless it's from reasons outside COVID-19.
