So, if no decision is made by mid May as to the start up date for college FB if any, will any of us purchase our season tickets on a maybe? Refunds are supposedly prorated. But this has never happened before. Thoughts, ideas, commentaries on the subject welcomed.

I doubt they give back donations, probably just ticket packages

Unless you dgas about your season tickets and are ok forfeiting them why wouldn't you renew?

Renew them because if you don't, someone else will buy them, and you'll be stuck with craptastic seats when it does come back.

Donations will be non-refundable. Season ticket packages will either be fully/partly refundable (depending on if any games are played).

AU baseball I think offered refunds for the remaining games or allowed you to be credited with 2X loyalty points for any balance of tickets impacted by cancellations.

Some of us have already paid for our 2020 football season tickets.

My feeling is that, if the season is cancelled, give me back the price of the actual tickets and LSU can keep the donation. If the games are played with no fans, LSU can keep my money, tickets and donations.

I'm guessing if you do purchase, they offer full refunds but ask/suggest that you consider not requesting the full amount as a donation. Just a guess, though.

I believe that in another thread a Tide Pride member posted an email from the university saying that they would refund ticket purchases, and I also think it said donations, but I'm not sure.

I will pay for my 4.

edit: here's that email sent to Jatebe:

Good afternoon,

I hope that this email finds you and your family well. The last couple of weeks have certainly altered all of our lives. I pray that everything will be back to normal soon. Our office was closed last week for Spring Break. We have remained closed, but we are all working from our homes. If football season were to be delayed or cancelled, we would be refunding TIDE PRIDE and ticket payments. That is what we are in the process of doing for our baseball and softball season ticket holders. Please let us know if you have any additional questions. Have a great day. Stay safe and well.

Sincerely,

Desirae Foster
