And probably pass them in yards per play allowed. We'll end up #2 behind Ohio State unless LSU gets very conservative.

Bunch of wet blankets here. Guy is trying to focus on a positive aspect of the season. There is plenty of time to continue the pity party.

We had one of the best defenses in the country in 2019. That's not a moral victory, it's a fact. You seem upset that Georgia fans would comment on or celebrate that fact, which is odd. There are plenty of rivals' boards that would probably be more suited to your preference for only negative UGA threads.

Had the offense gotten well and come together even somewhat we may have had the best defense in the nation in all categories. Punting after 3-7 plays several times a game is a sure fire way to wear an athletic, aggressive defense out. We saw it against Auburn, TAM and Baylor. A few more first downs, a few more sustained drives and I don't think anyone had a better defense than us this season, even with our playing wide receivers turned QB LOL. Going to be really good next year also unless we lose a bunch to off field crap.....
