In general, how good would expect to be if you had to replace 15 starters?

Sounds like poor roster management.

We’d win 11, go to SECC and lose by one score to Bama.

IDK, but I am sure you'll respond to all of them.

I somewhat agree. Or at least if that happens you'll have that one cinderella season them come back to earth.

Without knowing who your are talking about I can only speculate.

For teams like Bama and Clemson, you just reload with the next class of 5 star players and make it work

For teams like A&M, you grab your ankles hope you don't need a colostomy bag by the end of the season

We just got finished with two years of Chad Morris. I'm crying tears just as big as horse turds over you having to replace some starters.

I would look closely at how the coach got himself into the situation, and how he responds to it.

For instance, if he doubles down on a bad roster because he believes he can coach them up, and rides hubris to 7-5, then I would have serious doubts about him going forward.

For weaker programs like Texas A&M yes.

In this scenario how much am I paying the guy responsible for recruiting?

Also does my QB think he is the best in the league?

I’d have expected to be better than 7-5 with the previous year with 15 experienced starters

The new QB? Probably not. You gotta replace him too.
