Middle schooler's who can't read and make assumptions.

Their unit is actually performing better and they have elite players and quite possibly, the best defensive player int he country.

I am so fricking sorry everything that doesn't have UGA #1 or a UGA player at #1 triggers you guys!

Oh, CEH better than Swift.....

Dawgs

I’m leaning towards them as well, seeing as Michigan was able to move the ball pretty easily, and would have kept up in the last game if not for drops, an offsides, and a fumbled snap.

UGA has had an unflinching performance against every team they’ve played, until they get to the fourth where they get a little gassed from their O being bad. I think LSU will have more success vs OSU(if we do wind up playing) than UGA while both units are fresh. However, Clemson is still an unknown.

OSU, plus they have the offense to keep them off the field.

Chase Young is the best player on any defense in the country. UGA has waves of similarly talented, well coached, disciplined defenders. No huge stars (save JR Reed perhaps).

Tough to say til we see more top 10 matchups

It’s still Clemson until proven otherwise.

Hmmm....Did Young play against Meechigan, I can't find any stats for him.

I don’t know why some of you think not recording a sac while double and triple team is a negative.

A sack?

He didn't have a single tackle in the entire game. And go watch it again, he was not double-teamed the entire game. Don't fall for the false narrative being pushed. The kid is really good but the media is making him out to be more than he is. Do you know the likely-hood of an elite DE playing an entire game against their biggest rival and having....
0 Tackles
0 Sacks
0 Tackles For Loss
2 QB Hurries

Imagine a Heisman level QB having a game with simply zero passing TD's...his Heisman candidacy would probably be over. Elite players get it done no matter what, that's the difference between really good and elite.

I don't think we can definitively say this because they haven't faced a single offense in the top 30. They play against offensively challenged teams and people swear their D is awesome.

You're supposed to look amazing against less-talented teams. OSU has a LARGE talent gap on every team they've played this year. However, LSU and Clemson (as well as UGA) has every bit as much talent and I guarantee OSU numbers on BOTH sides of the ball will look drastically different no matter which of these teams they face.

IMO there's a reason the committee wants to keep them #1 and in a spot to play the #4 team.

Yea it’s hard to tell with OSU because they haven’t really played a dynamic, high level offense. Obviously they are talented but that’s not everything.

I think I would take the Dawgs but don’t discount Clemson just based on Brent Venebles alone.

All 3 are damn good.
