I guess this is OT in a way, but wonder how much they are digging and the .... collateral damage could be, so to speak.

This was a registered agent though.A little different than some fat cat slipping 'em cash. There musta been a paper
trail and or the agent was being watched by the NCAA or compliance.

A registered agent? So, “family friend” is a stretch?

It is easy to make new friends when they give you money.
I'm sure the loan was paid back when they learned that an ncaa investigation was brewing.
Nothing to see here.

Like a star WR selling his jersey within the rules of NCAA, but the buyer happened to be someone that helped 2 athletes from UNC connect with an agent, so 4 game suspension...
Oh, registered agent, not someone that said seller didn't know, who connect 2 people with an agent....
This penalty should be MUUUUCH worse, but wont be

More than likely. These agents always seem like they're the ones getting caught.

Chase Young claims the cash was a 'loan'. I'd like to see the official paperwork on that 'loan'. Of course he says he paid it off now with that, uh, 'job' he worked last year.
