Over. I wouldn't bet a ton of money on it, but under 62.5 feels a little low to me. These "the defenses are going to sneak up on everyone" takes don't strike me as being based on all that much evidence.
If Alabama (or LSU, to be fair) won 38-27 I wouldn't think that the defenses under performed at all. Same for 38-31 or even a little bit higher.
