So he is implying that JUCO players, and Tavien Feaster since he was a portal guy, are not great guys, they don't "fit," they don't love ball, they do not value education, they don't want to be coached and they don't want to grow as men? And he IS saying that they are "just guys?"

Yes they do.
ETA: No idea if he is still there (he was a junior last yr..not sure if he declared or not) but one of them, Savion Smith, chose Alabama over South Carolina.
