North Carolina might not be as bad as we thought

The question is still "why them and not us?"

It was a horrible loss and should’ve been a W easily.

I’m just saying there is nothing UNC could do this season to make me feel okay about last week.

UNC is not a god team...wait till they play a good team. We also aren't a god team.

I'd rather have a shitty inexplicable loss to the goats than have them be a good team

We were in the ACC for a looooong time....and were good at basketball, then we got the top recruit in the nation and UNC and Duke lost it, so they bitched to the ACC office, and it was deemed he could never play for us....so we said frick y'all and talked Clemson into leaving with us but at the 23rd hour the taters were like, "Why am i doing this with ya, I don't even like ya." So they flaked...so long story short, we hate them for ACC things

So it’s more of a basketball rivalry basically.

I knew we were in the ACC for years, founding member... I did a bit of research on the history. But I know I had always seen older fans absolutely hate North Carolina and never quite figured out why. But it makes sense.

I don't know how good North Carolina is going to be this year, but I do know what I saw against us.

Howell has the "It" factor, he is going to do very well in college, and you will be hearing a lot about him the next few years. If nothing else the media will dig them some Chapel Hill.

That running back (forget his name) is excellent. Whether he would beat out Alabama's or LSU's RB's I do not know, but he is very good.

Their receivers looked very good against us as well.

Offhand I don't know if their defense will do as well against Clemson as A&M's did, but even if he has a bad day, Howell won't look as lost as Mond did against them, IMO.

My take is as long as he can keep strong coordinators up there, the Mack Truck is gonna roll.
