I came here because Tigerboard is such a shite show. I see it’s no different here. Our fans are trash. Yeah, that game sucked, but what a bunch of pu$$ies to give up after one game. Gosh, I hope our team and coach have bigger balls.

Nobody's giving up. They're just fatigued by the same old shite year after year.

If they did, we would be 1-0.
We’re not, so I assume they don’t.

It took Brent Vigen 15 minutes to figure what Walters was doing. If their QB could throw worth a shite Wyoming would have won by 21.

This program is going nowhere with Walters setting the defense.

In a mild defense of the "trash fans," it's not a bad idea to remember this isn't a small town high school sport where fans support the local boys and "our" school. We're not seen as simply "fans" by the Athletic Department, we're customers. (hence their primary worry about marketing the "Mizzou Brand")

It seems pretty understandable that customers are unhappy with a horseshite product.

Maybe, just maybe that is because the product is not any better. As a fan since 1978 I am just tired of the same old shite over and over.

He does have a few national titles to his credit as OC. The guy does not have a ton of talent up there but he knows how to get the best out of what he does have.

Exactly. Neuhiesel spent the entire second quarter talking about Brent taking Walters to the woodshed, without actually coming out and saying it.

I believe BO wants his defense to be used. So It is BO running the defense but Walters calling the plays? That is what I think is going on right now.

Oh, I agree. I’ve been banging the fire Odom drum for two years, just saying that PM is on suicide watch too.

Never said that it "just hit me". I have been through decades of this bullshite. Sunshine pumpers like your prior self are part of the problem. You are the one who suddenly sees the BO is not getting it done light. As a fan base we have accepted the we cannot compete or pay enough for coaches shite. But poor arse states like Bama or Mississippi can shell out loads of cash for coaching staffs. Missouri is not poor and needs to support the University to its fullest. We have accepted mediocrity forever. We get what we deserve.

Truth. But I'd go so far as saying we've cheered mediocrity and accepted poor results.

If he wasn't an upper Midwest guy, and evidently loyal unto death to Bohl, surely someone would have splashed the cash and brought him into a big program by now.

What makes him scary as an OC, if you are playing against him, is that he doesn't tend to panic. I saw enough of his games at NDSU and at Wyoming where nothing was working and he makes little adjustments here and there. Until he finds what is working and then beats you to death with it.

I am just saying losing to Wyoming with the staff they have isn't the worst thing in the world but it is a cause of concern because you know they out coached you. And before anyone gets upset do you know how many games I've watched Arkansas lose in the last 7 or so years because we were clearly out coached? A lot.

Sadly we are all too familiar with watching Odom get out coached.

His grand defensive vision is a steaming mass of shite also.

Actually, positivity is never the problem. It’s the dripping negativity that drives people away from the games, drives away recruits, stops people from donating etc. it’s a self fulfilling prophecy.

Trust me, I get it, but it’s definitely not helping. I don’t get why some fans think they can “demand” their way into excellence. Quite literally the only thing they can do (to have a positive effect) is attend games and donate money.

Too many folks carry this arse backwards view.
