What does the team have to do this year for you to consider it successful?

9 wins, take care of the expected wins and steal one from Auburn, Aggie, or LSU, and I would feel pretty good about it.

Being on the road is the only thing that gives me pause, but we've definitely had their number the last few years.

Jimbo is most definitely not worth what they paid him.

He could be leaving soon if a big t=name school opens up.

Moorhead really needs a big win. And quite frankly I don't think Auburn or Texas A&M qualifies considering those were wins last year and no one celebrated those.

He needs an upset of Alabama or LSU. That will get the fans back on track with a decent record.

8-4 with losses to Alabama, LSU, Texas A&M, and Auburn isn't successful to me. And anything less than that is absolutely pathetic.

Lol no one is hiring Jimbo and paying him more than A&M.

Moorhead will leave before Jimbo.

Wouldn't surprise me if Moorhead left for Pittsburgh with as much as he's been all over them this off-season. It's been VERY ODD you have to admit.

Auburn shouldn't be a steal either. They have a much worse offense this season and they didn't even score a TD last year with a much superior one. And this defense of MSU will still be a top 20 one.

Expect a 2015 situation there.

As far as Aggie goes I agree that's not a steal either.

And neither should Tennessee.

Kentucky is a much better team than Texas A&M, Auburn, or Tennessee.

I hate how much he talks about Pittsburg, I agree. Auburn will surprise people this year since Gus is running that O. I hate it but the fricker knows how to run an offense (see their bowl game after coordinator left. I would be tickled to death with a win over LSU in starkville. He can get it done. This team has SEC talent it all comes down to coaching this season. About Jimbo, don't be surprised if you hear him in the mix for USC or another big name job if it opens

8 is a successful season. 9 is a great season meaning we beat someone we weren't expected to beat. That includes A&M regardless of the 3 game streak. 10 and teams will start giving Joe calls.

Wouldn't shock me either, hometown plus would be easy to become the premier program in that division and play Dabo for a conference championship every year, especially with Pitt's history. Pitt won the Coastal last year at 7-5 overall.

I wouldn't consider that to be a big loss.
