really good player and kid. UGA fans liked him and wanted him.

Congrats AU - you got better today.

You should have stopped with your first sentence. Evans is easily the best back in the class.

I honestly wasn't sold on him at first, but saw some film that really impressed me. I think he's going to do really good things at Auburn. He should be a good fit for the offense. Nice grab.

Kid's going to be a great player. I was up in the air about whether we should just try to sign him or play the Evans sweepstakes. He'll be a pro for sure.

I kind of leaned toward trying to get a Tank and Lloyd combination. Lloyd was my favorite back outside of Evans.

I think Milton is really good, though, and I am happy we got him.

Milton’s obviously a stud and if y’all can get Evans then that’s a special class. I think Tank is special and is getting written off by some UGA fans (not you) since he wasnt the top guy on your board. I’m ecstatic

I have seen two Georgia fans say they are not sold on Tank as a RB. Those two are posters that typically do not flame... do not change their opinion of a guy just because he picks another team. In short, they are highly respected by me. Their opinion is he would make a better safety, and they are happy to go after another RB.

I shared that opinion until I saw some film from a camp. It will have to translate to the field, but I personally believe he will grow into a great RB. Auburn has gotten some nice pieces at RB last year and this with Williams and Tank.

You should be. He'll be very good.

Just to be clear, since I'm probably one of the people being referenced here, I'm not sold on him as an elite RB... I have him just outside top 10 at the position (personally)... I have also said before he committed that at Auburn, I could easily see him excelling in a KJ like role and making me regret all of my critical remarks.

It's a good pickup for Auburn. Hell it would have been a fine pickup for UGA as well, I just wanted us to aim higher and if we miss, I feel the pool of available recruits and/or flip candidates would be similar enough that it would be worth the gamble.
