10-0 start. 1-1 finish. Potential SEC Championship showing. Likely a playoff contender.

I can see it now. We’re going to start 10-0 with the SEC west on the line. Then blow it. Have a hangover vs Lsu. End up 10-2 and feel like the season was worthless.

Also, at first I was like HELL YEAH we get Vandy right before Bama. Then I look at their schedule and see they get UT Martin before us.

Considering we havent been to a NY6 bowl in a while, I wouldn't call 10-2 worthless.

Wish bama and lsu were early in the season. Both will have new qb's and a lose at the end hurts worse than a lose in September.

This. With the returning talent and experience next year, along with the favorable schedule, I would be disappointed with 10-2. I think 11-1 or 12-0 is there for the taking.
