Axel was a participant in the @ETurnerShowcase this year where he really showed out in front of numerous scouts. The upside of the 7ft 240lb big man is off the charts. Mizzou may have just stole one of the most under the radar players in recent memory.

Mizzou named to Josh Christophers Top 5... I still consider us a long shot, just hard to see a Cali boy moving to middle Missouri. With that being said, he should totally team up with Love and Fletcher

If the team wins and makes the tournament consistently, he will start getting some of these types of recruits. Since 2010 hasn’t been good in hoops. Cuonzo is going to have to build the way Barnes has at Tennessee

ill be a little shocked is Fletcher signs with UK. He was told to commit on visit or move on. UK is juuuust starting its 2020 class which currently only has one recruit, a pg. UK will likely have at least 1 or 2 players ranked well ahead of Fletcher which may scare him off. dont write him off yet.

It would be nice if that is how it works out. CMs squad is in the bottom of the conference in every preview you look at. That is clearly working against him with Fletcher.

im not even saying this in regards to mizzou landing him, in fact I still think Michigan state is the final landing spot. Im just saying when UK gets 2 other SF that are 5*'s Fletcher will say thanks but no thanks to Cal. I hope martin doesnt back off tho
