What promised land? Mizzou is still bowl banned, right?

So the odds of Mizzou making a bowl are about the same as Scar making one

Shouldn't you be concerned with getting your mom/sis off the streets?

I think Bryant will be solid but he's no Drew Lock. It will be interesting to see how Mizzou's offense adapts (or doesn't) to him. Odom's teams have always had a heavier run game than people realize and I suspect that won't change (might even be relied on more) but the passing game how/if it changes will be interesting to watch.

We'll make a bowl. If SCar played in your JV conference again they'd probably be a 10 win team.

Scar
he was great against the Missouri Tigers last season ...3 TD 0 INT and outplayed NFL Drew Lock
.

of course, it's not the first time a Carolina backup QB has whipped up on a set of tigers this decade - as you already know

I'm not quite ready to sing his praises.

Past experience has made me a bit cautious about highly touted transfer QBs.

1. There tends to be a good reason why they transferred and usually it is because they weren't good enough to get the job done at their first school.

2. Who knows how a player will do in a new school, with a new system, and surrounded by new players?

Now some transfers have done very well... but a lot have crashed and burned. This is why I'm being cautious on the two transfer QBs Arkansas has. Until they see the field who knows what you really have?

I think Missouri should have a very good season this year but if Bryant flames out, which can happen, they could be in a lot of trouble.
