I really (really) wanted to play Miami after watching them. They had 8 lefties. Imagine small carving up 8 lefties

I'd rather play CMU first. Their drop off from their first pitcher to their next should be significant. Plus I think it's more likely Miami advances from a round 2 Miami Central Michigan Elimination game. So getting a different opponent all 3 times is something I like.

Awesome for MSU! We'll probably see Miami tomorrow which means we'll play another team who will be intimidated and won't be used to us. Super excited about how this Regional has played out and I felt much better about winning this once Central Michigan defeated Miami

I don’t want to play Miami. We are starting Plumlee and their lineup is stocked full of lefties

That was a great win over Miami. I was worried the whole game based on how Miami had just been mashing the ball the last 3 games.

Was impressed with all the teams in the regional.

If we had had to play tomorrow who would our starting pitcher have been? (or would it have been a committee?)
