None of that shite save one mattered on the final week of the season when the team was ranked, a two seed in every tournament projection and had complete control of it's destiny.
You went from Beiser needing to keep "doing what got them there" to every facet of the program being shite. Lol.
Your hindsight is amazing and a true gift.

The entire program was hardly shite. Just because it isn't shite doesn't mean that there aren't things that need to be improved. If you just keep everything the same, the you'll continue to get the same results. I'd prefer to not have the same results.
Bieser's teams collapsing at the end of the season every year is hindsight. I admit that. I also don't know what he's doing or not doing that would make that a repeated pattern.
The only other thing that he should have done differently was start TJ game 1 against UF and game 1 of the SECt. That was not hindsight. I stated as much here before the UF series, while I admittedly was on auto pilot and assumed game 1 against UF was on Friday. I said I'd pitch TJ in game 1 against UF and in game 1 of the tourney. I will give it to you that you are consistent. You said you'd pitch Joven, Gubleman and Ash against UF.

The impact bat never making an impact in conference play changed the dynamic of the lineup. Misner struck out 39 times and hit .222 vs SEC pitchers. He tried to hit every pitch on the inner 1/3 early in counts onto to the roof of the Devine Pavilion. A guy with his supposed hands and speed should have been close to the top of the league in doubles. He had 4. I'm sure he will get drafted but he did himself no favors.
No one could nail down lead off either. Holt, Peterson, and Broyles all struggled to get on base. I like Holt and think he ends up having a good career but he looked like a true Fr at the plate.

For whatever it's worth (I know...very little), I agree with you 100% on all of that. Misner sure didn't look like the 1st round pick he was predicted to be. I suspect at this point, while he'll get drafted, I cannot imagine it being in the 1st round any more.
My impression was very much the same. There was part of the season that he wasn't getting pitched to a whole lot and when he was it was like he was trying to do too much with it. Not disciplined at all. His defense wasn't much better either.

Next year will be interesting. Figure we are losing to graduation or the draft:
Misner (CF/1B)
Sikemma (P)
Cornelius (OF)
Gomez (Inf)
Dulle (P)
Gubelman ???? Maybe not (P)
LaPlante (P)
It will be interesting to see who fills those spots. I like Holt and hope he fills out into a D1 player. I like his upside too. His frame was a little underwhelming so I wasn't surprised he seemed overmatched at times. But I also think that can/will change with time. I'd put Mann in the same boat, though he came in with a better frame.
I am not a fan of the Peterson's at all and was shocked at how much time they got. I would assume the foundation of the offense will be McDaniels, Vierling, Zimmerman. On the mound, I really hope some new guys emerge. Mann impressed on the mound and I wouldn't be disappointed if he turned into a weekend starter. Same for Bedell. I would love it if a third stepped up and proved to be better options than Joven, Ash, Gubelman and yes even Cantlebury. Maybe Halvorsen who we didn't get to see much of? He may not be far enough along to get a weekend start quite yet.
