Anything less than 9 wins will be a disappointment.

Wow, now Wyoming is our measuring stick? As that guy who whose name cannot be said (not Valdemore) would opine with most articulate elocution-"So SAD"

Is anyone going to the game? I live in Denver now, so I'm trying to convince the wife to go up for the weekend. Only trouble, its our anniversary weekend. So, she'll have to reconcile that lol. I think we'll make it.

It can’ t come soon enough. I’m tired of hearing about the Cardinals everyday.

Wyoming had a good defense last year but lost A LOT. Missouri should roll in this game.

You’re like a caricature of yourself at this point.

You don’t have to read you nonsense into every single post. We already have that on this board.

Sometimes a post is just “hey, football season is close.”

Denver

OT, but I’m traveling there in late September. Any suggestions on things to do and any insight on the typical weather for that time of year?

Denver almost always has great weather. Mountains are no more than 45 minutes from Denver.

Fly fishing is great. Deckers is 1.5 hours from Denver and is some of the best trout fishing in the country.

Hit up Stranahan’s for a tour of the distillery, the whisky is very good. Also, there are tons of microbreweries here. There will probably be one close to wherever you are staying in the area.

The weather will be warm, probably in the 90s during the day. Don’t expect rain. You won’t mind the temperature since it’s so dry here. The evenings and nights are awesome

Give yourself a day to acclimate to the altitude, then go for a hike. There’s a million miles of hiking trails and some excellent views.

A day in Boulder can be fun on pearl street. Be prepared for hippies and yuppies, but it’s a good time and the boulder creek is refreshing to wade in on a hot day.

We’re going and staying in FOCO. Pretty sure it’s Tour De Fat as well, so the Fort will be rocking.

My only real concern would be Missouri running out of gas late in the game thanks to the altitude. The good news is that by the time that would happen its likely Mizzou already has their back ups in.

This countdown deal was fun, but if I do it again I won't start in May . Lol.
