Well, it's the dead period of college sports.
Lets get some debate?
What's your mount rushmore?

It could be all sports, just football, just basketball?

based on pro success or college only. But what's your mount rushmore of gamecocks? Coaches/Administrators/Voices/Players... all fair game.

George Rogers
Alex English
Bob Fulton

There are maybe a dozen or so you could argue for the 4th spot.

I know it won't be a popular choice, but you have to put Ray Tanner up there for winning back-to-back National Championships, garnering us our first mens' championships in any sport. I would also put Frank McGuire up there in place of Bob Fulton.

Among all sports my Mt Rushmore includes Ray

George Rogers
Ray Tanner
A’ja Wilson
Bob Fulton

4th spot is tough but I went with Fulton.
Voice for 43 years is pretty significant

Rogers and Wilson are no doubts, they’re getting statues and were awarded as the top players in their sport, Wilson got us a title

Ray sucks as an AD but gave us two titles.

Other names I’ve considered for the 4th spot were Clowney (the most talented Gamecock football player of all time) Sterling Sharpe (id say second) Spurrier (all time leader in wins in our schools sport. Yes i know very mediocre history but regardless of that this school is all about college football, he took us to an SECCG and gave us seasons we never even thought we’d see) Alex English (HOFer and best basketball player to ever play here) Dawn Staley (made us one of the premiere women’s basketball programs in the country and brought us a title)

The only hot take is JBJ

Just looking at the history of gamecock baseball he’s not even the best player to play here

Wonder who you’ll piss off first.

There are more than 4 I would love to nominate...can we acquire Stone Mountain in Georgia to memorialize an additional 3 players?

Stone Mountain is the Mount Rushmore of Georgia.

I'm having an incredibly difficult time commiting to just 4.
